Key Responsibilities:
1. XHS Product Solutions Development
- Develop comprehensive advertising solutions, packages, and marketing collateral tailored to our Xiaohongshu pages
- Stay updated on XHS product updates, trends, and best practices to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Create compelling presentations, case studies, and sales materials to support client pitches.
2. Sales Support
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide expertise on XHS advertising solutions during client meetings and pitches.
- Act as a subject matter expert on XHS, addressing client inquiries and providing strategic recommendations.
- Assist in closing deals by offering tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
3. Direct Agency Selling
- Build strong relationships with advertising agencies to promote XHS advertising solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with agencies, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with agency partners, achieving individual revenue targets.
4. Content Strategy & Ideation:
- Provide strategies for content direction that align with advertiser goals and enhance commercial appeal.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop innovative campaigns that leverage XHS’s unique features.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future content strategies.
5. NMG China Solution Development
- Develop a roadmap for China-focused product development, including timelines, KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, client retention), and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product & content) to design and launch innovative advertising solutions tailored to the unique demands of the China market.
- Pilot new product concepts, packages, or bundled offerings that align with advertiser goals and platform capabilities, ensuring scalability and profitability.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future content strategies.
- Partner with XHS platform representatives to co-develop custom solutions, leveraging platform-specific tools if necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the digital advertising or social media industry
- In-depth knowledge of Xiaohongshu (XHS) platform, including its advertising products, user behaviour, and trends.
- Strong understanding of the China digital marketing landscape and advertising ecosystem.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience working with advertising agencies and direct clients in the XHS/China market.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
