Business Development Manager (SSwagger)

This role is responsible for SSwagger business & strategic products’ development. Act as a team leader to drive BUs business performance by developing brand & products.

Job Nature:  

  • Initiate and implement strategies, campaigns / programs to raise strategic products, such as SSwagger ‘s brand awareness and increase members acquisition
  • Work closely with the sales team to explore business opportunities
  • Reach out and line up business partnerships with external parties
  • Responsible for product’s functional development
  • In charge of network / community building and development
  • Manage team and work closely with internal divisions, including content, sales and account servicing team to deliver satisfactory projects’ performance

Characters / Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with min. 5 years related experience
  • Account Servicing background in advertising agency or digital agency will be an advantage
  • Experience in marketing planning and execution in beauty area is a plus
  • Experience in membership growth, database & CRM, app downloads will have advantage
  • Resourceful and creative
  • Well-organized, attention to details and follow through execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good project management skill
  • Self-motivated, showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
