Liaison and Partnership Executive (HK / GBA Project) - Weekend Weekly

Job Nature:

The role needs to liaise merchants and close partnership deals for projects assigned.  Merchant nature covers restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, fashion brands, beauty centers, health & fitness, travel, e-commerce merchants etc.

Prospecting

  1. Keep track on new merchants launched and acquire contacts
  2. Active monitor similar programs in the market including card promotion, bank promotion, payment promotions, loyalty programs, to identify the right merchants
  3. Collect information of new merchants and input into the master database
  4. Approach new and existing merchants to explore promotion deals

Liaison

  1. Liaise and negotiate with respective merchants for promotion collaboration
  2. Well handle merchants’ enquiry and provide additional information if needed
  3. Follow up on contract / agreement sign back
  4. Follow up on layout review / approval and information arrangement
  5. Support assigned clerical works within the company

 

Characters / Qualifications:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Responsible, detail oriented, proactive and hardworking
  • Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and English
  • Skill of Chinese typing and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in sales jobs or merchant liaison is preferred
