Responsibilities
- Develop and execute promotion plan for driving app download and usage through content and advertising on our own platform
- Design effective strategy to drive download and enhance stickiness using online and offline channels, including content creation, partnership line up, function development
- Prioritize and manage different development and initiatives in the APP product to meet the business objectives
- Understand, define and track product performance metric. Derive insight and come up with actionable recommendations from data analysis to improve customer experience and performance
- Drive the growth of subscription membership and revenue
- Assist in platform management like Patreon and E-Magazine App
- Manage requirement of membership and maintain retention rate
Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and growth mindset
- Knowledge of Omni-channel management and Content Management
- Experience in subscription base platform / paid content will have an added advantage
- CRM experience and tool usage like Hubspot is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Familiar with different tracking tools, and good analytical skills
- A naturally curious mind, proactive with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can-do attitude, ability to work independently as well as a good team player, and a strong drive to get things done
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence counterparts/stakeholders at various levels
