Job Nature :
- Develop and execute promotion plan for driving iTrial app download and usage growth through content and advertising on our iTrial platform
- Design effective strategy to drive download and enhance stickiness using online channel, including content creation and partnership line up, function development
- Define and track product performance metric. Suggest actionable recommendations from data analysis to improve customer experience and performance
- Monitor and drive continue growth of subscription membership
- Implement and manage requirement of membership and maintain retention rate
Characters / Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and growth mindset
- Experience in subscription base platform will be an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Familiar with different tracking tools, and good analytical skills
- Strong communication skill, proactive with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can-do attitude, ability to work independently as well as a good team player, and a strong drive to get things done
