Job Nature:
- Review user behaviour by analyzing app data from Google Analytics and Firebase
- Giving insights and suggest relative solutions for different development phrase for the app based on app performance
- Report app bugs and monitor the progress of bugs fixing
- Perform UAT test on the app functionality
- Gather requirement of product owners and set priorities on app development with IT Team
- Work closely with IT team to handle app maintenance and app development
- Build SOPs and guide BUs to use different app tools
- Keep up-to-date mobile app trend and provide business opportunity insights from iOS or Android updates
Characters / Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Marketing or related disciplines
- Good communication and analytics skill
- Understand mobile and digital service operation
- Basic knowledge about Google Analytics and Firebase
- Practical experience in the mobile industry is a plus
- Click up & WordPress skills is a plus
