Senior Product Executive (Digital Advertising)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy and Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for advertising solutions across our media platforms.
    • Enhance existing advertising products to improve performance, usability, and revenue potential.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, technology) to conceptualise, design, and launch new or enhance existing products.
  2. Product Management:
    • Oversee the lifecycle of advertising products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business goals.
    • Manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
    • Work closely with the technology team to ensure seamless integration and optimal product performance.
  3. Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from advertising products.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure products are effectively positioned and sold to advertisers.
    • Develop pricing strategies and revenue models for advertising products.
    • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  4. Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
    • Conduct market research to understand advertiser needs and preferences.
    • Analyse customer feedback and market trends to inform product development decisions.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
    • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve product offerings based on performance data and customer feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in media or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, programmatic advertising, and media agencies in Hong Kong
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with

  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and technologies
