Sales Director – More

Job Nature: 

1. Revenue growth

  • Deliver Monthly revenue target and related KPIs with NMG Multimedia Advertising products (on & offline) & other value-added services for assigned accounts
  • Lead subordinate to reach revenue target (if applicable)

2. Client Management

  • Ensure client satisfaction and build deep relationship as a preferred digital partner (with client and media / advertising agencies)

3. Insight & Strategy

  • Stay knowledgeable of latest market, client & competitive trends & insight of assigned accounts / categories
  • Develop winning sales strategy, advertising package and relevant plan to improve revenue performance
  • Develop accurate sales projection with forward planning

4. Business Proposal & Implementation

  • Actively lead or partner with Account Service Team to develop winning proposals, lead or support project pitch based on client nature and/or project size
  • Collaborate with Account Service Team and other internal partners to ensure smooth delivery of project

5. New Business Development

  • Prospect, acquire and grow new accounts or new business
Characters/ Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 5-6 years working experience, preferably on related job nature
  • Good presentation, client servicing skills
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self motivated and proactive
  • Result driven and willing to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
