The position will lead driving our subscription and paid user growth, and manage our user database, also work on some conversion based projects for clients.
Responsibilities
- In charge of app download and user acquisition (both grow user database, and paid users)
- Plan the pricing strategy, and executive different promotions to drive paid subscription
- Line up partnership to drive downloads
- Plan and execute various promotions, track promotion effectiveness, optimize the result, and modify the promotions. The position should be able to improve the cost per acquisition, and select the most effective format to use
- User experience enhancement: work on tracking and analysis on user experience in both our website and app, and provide findings on how to improve the experience for stickiness and content consumption
- Consumer database: in charge of building consumer database and segmentation
- You will be involved in tactical projects related to data, audience segmentation, conversion from time to time
Requirements
- 2+ years of solid experience in driving app download, app usage, subscription and membership
- Experience on digital campaigns including App optimization, social media, search marketing, and analytic tools including Google Analytics, FB analytics, is needed.
- Good numerical sense and data analysis ability. Able to derive insight and actions from data.
- Resourceful and proactive
- Strong curiosity, problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and ability to work independently within a team structure
