Job Nature:
- Analysis facebook figures about trends, phenomenon, users habit, new algorithm of both branded pages and their key position；
- Set Social KPI for content team and keeping it growth;
- Responsible for developing, planning and executing digital strategies for NMG branded pages
- Provide insights to content team to create new platform products and keeping it growth;
- Work with Platform Lead, provide figures and insight to expanse the advertising inventory
- Work with engineer, develop SOP and automation tools / dashboard to replace repetitive task
- Competitive Analysis on content and advertising strategy with Social Intelligence Tools
Characters / Qualifications:
- Drive and tenacity, self-confidence, adept in recruiting, appetite for learning, realism
- Attention to details
- Broad-minded, imaginative, positive
- Bachelor degree holder, preferably in journalism
- Over 5 years experience on Social Media Management
- Digital and online knowledge
- Good understanding of social media, Apps and multimedia industries
- Good communication skill
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
