Job Nature: Ensuring the smooth running of projects from initiation to final, in conjunction with the Editorial Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead small-scale projects in various formats, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients to understand their content needs and publishing strategies
- Create and publish web articles, social media posts, and videos, also support sales inquiries related to video production
- Monitor performance and feedback of web articles and social media content, able to evaluate client project performance and suggest enhancements
- Establish strong client relationships and keep them informed throughout projects
- Coordinate pre-production tasks and manage budgets and payments
Characters / Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in media, agency or digital field is an advantage
- Bachelor degree holder, major in Marketing or Media is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google sheet operation and formula setting
- Well-organized, attention to detail, coordination skills, good at document work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates will be also considered
