Job Nature :
Ensuring smooth running of projects from initiation to final, in conjunction with the Business Strategist, Sales Manager and Client
- Create creative proposal for sales pitching, creative idea and execution plan according to clients’ project brief
- Work with different internal departments and outside parties efficiently and systematically to deliver projects up to MF branding and achieving good performance results
- Lead the creative team and handle projects independently from planning, execution to evaluation
- Secure MF competitiveness by monitoring market trends, KOL & competitors’ pages
- Analyse performance figures and make strategic plans to deliver good project results
- Establish excellent relationship with clients, vendors, creative houses and ensure clients’ requests are fulfilled
- Develop business network and seek out project opportunities
- Consistently review and improve unsatisfactory projects and solutions
Characters / Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree holder
- Over 4 years relevant experience
- Good digital and online knowledge
- Good understanding of social media and multimedia industries
- Excellent communication skill
- Excellent relationship with vendors, creative houses and Marketers
- Broad-minded, Imaginative, positive
