Key Duties:
- Responsible for initiating project ideas, executing action plans in Sswagger Team
- Manage resources, helpers/freelancers and coordinate all related parties in task completion and achieve project goals / deliverables
- Work closely with sales on sales project pitching, develop and implement right strategies to assist sales on business expansion
- Coordinate with different parties including freelance/vendor, to ensure smooth operations including working out production and post-production details, and organizing and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Oversee post-production efforts, including video editing, enhancements, and finalization;
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Characters / Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree holder in Digital Marketing, Media or related discipline
- At least 2 years solid experience in project management in design/advertising agency, digital marketing, and corporate communications is preferred
- Good presentation & client servicing skills
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
