*Business Development Manager - New Monday

Job Nature:

Client Acquisition and Sales

  • Proactively sell digital ads, content marketing products and services, and multi-platform marketing campaigns to clients.
  • Identify and pursue potential new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Sales Performance and Goal Achievement

  • Achieve sales targets and business goals by establishing clear priorities, milestones, and actionable plans.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring timely delivery of custom performance reports to clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.

 

Characters / Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media sales, business development, or a related role within the media industry, preferably with an established client base
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising and content marketing
  • Strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Good relationship with advertisers targeting Gen Z or the young segment is preferred, particularly in the following fields (not a must): Gadgets, Mobile phones, Electrical appliances, Clothing, Sportswear, Telecommunication, Entertainment, Fashion, accessories & eyewear
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns and developing creative content is a plus
  • Possessed 「can-do」 spirit, with a willingness to take initiative and drive results and mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
