Assistant Manager / Manager (Traffic Acquisition and User Growth ) - EDigest

Responsibilities 

  • In charge of growing paid subscription, including pricing strategy, and lead the execution of different promotions to drive paid subscription growth, including social media, SEM, display advertising etc.
  • Grow and monitor website and app traffic: Implement strategies to increase overall traffic to the EDigest digital platforms, including the website and mobile app. Regularly analyze traffic patterns, user engagement metrics, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimize user acquisition and retention strategies.
  • SEO Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the company’s website and app. This includes conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, improving site architecture, building high-quality backlinks, and monitoring SEO performance across various search engines.
  • Plan and execute various promotions, track promotion effectiveness, optimize the result, and modify the promotions.  The position should be able to improve the cost per acquisition, and select the most effective format to use.
  • User experience enhancement: work on tracking and analysis on user experience in both our app, mobile & website, and provide findings on how to improve the experience for stickiness and content consumption.
  • Consumer database: in charge of building consumer database and segmentation.
  • You will be involved in tactical projects related to data, audience segmentation, conversion from time to time.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years proven experience in digital analytics and traffic growth strategies, with a strong understanding of tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms for tracking and analyzing website and app performance metrics.
  • Extensive SEO experience with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic
  • Proficiency in keyword research and analysis using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz, Google Search Console etc.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes
  • Good numerical sense and data analysis ability.  Able to drive insight and actions from data.
  • Good presentation and communications skills, and able to present data and findings and define next steps
  • Resourceful and proactive
  • Strong curiosity, problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and ability to work independently within a small team structure
